Last night was the ladies church dinner. I did good. Even surprised myself! Before I went I had a cup of low calorie tortilla soup, so when dinner was served I wasn't famished! I had a small piece of lasagna, a piece of bread and half my plate was salad. I even passed on the cookie trays!! which normally I wouldnt have done, I would have ate just one, but this no sugar challenge has me on my toes! The good thing is I have lost 2 pounds this week, so maybe the no sugar thing is working?? Or maybe its just a bump up in my workouts.....
