I'm not sure what to write, I've never been good at journalling but I'm willing to give it a go, people say it helps. I find myself unhappy with my current level of health, wellness and fitness and I figure I can wallow in my misery and pain or pull myself together and do something to help myself...so here goes 😊🤞
