Yip im fluctuating Around 140kgs so keeping it steady.

That's awesome... I've done the same... Maintained from may to now and enjoyed all the eating and now stepped it up to try and lose the last few kgs before mid December.

Dont stress Lisa, ill be back to report on all the muscle aches and eina’s im going to be feeling from next week onwards. Joined a gym and took personal trainer for 4 days a week- partly too motivate me to get there Mondays Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays, and also to assist with my program. Not doing the cardio training, going the weight training road.... so plenty posts coming to a cinema near you

awesome. we love the Mike Show - very excited to hear you're going to be getting into some weight training. it's a game changer. and I know that when you commit, it's the real-deal and you become incredibly knowledgeable, so I'm sure there will be some interesting content to come from this 😉
