Hello fatsecret friends!!! Ok....havent journaled in awhile...my bad :(
I am sick of messing around with losing and gaining this same 5 pounds, so been hitting the gym more and keeping my calories in check, we will see how that goes!!! On a no sugar challenge with my trainer, wow....can't believe the things they put suagr in! This is really going to rough! I can't give up my coffee creamer till I find a satisfying replacement though. My coffee is wayyyy to important to me! A girl can only give up so much ya know!!! Just posted a before and now picture in Kates thread. I think now everytime I get upset the scale hasnt moved I will look at that picture and see just how far I really have come!

You look great! Good luck with the no sugar. I tried once before and it's crazy how many things have sugar in them!
