So happy/shocked about losing 4 lbs on Thanksgiving week! Went to chinese tonight with hubby, which I didn't really want to do but did basically for the quality time. I didn't eat ANY noodles or rice (pat on back!), and had the fresh mongolian chef make me a plate that was chicken breast, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, and mushrooms. I'm sure the sauce had lots of sodium in it but I feel like I made the best choice available. It's all about a lifestyle, babe!
