TOM throws all of us off track I bet. Are you following the protocol strictly? If yes, it should be TOM then. I'm stalling, too. But I'm taking small bites of no-no food almost everyday for the last 2 weeks. Even apple day did not work well. Now I'm getting ready to make some changes : I mix veggies, I'll quit doing that. I eat cottage cheese and eggs, I'll quit that, too. Let's see how that will help. But my clothes started feeling more comfortable for sure:-))
