I'm maintaining my 10,000 steps or more a day regularly now -have to get my toned muscles back. My mid-back has been bothering me and I think it's because I lost some of my tone/strength during COVID. I suspect my flabby got a bit too slack to support my back. Please don't go into a lock-down again, it's so bad for our health.
