I am ready to get back to me. I have moved across the country and my husband is now home from deployment. The only thing stopping me is me. I am weary due to the approaching holidays but I have to do this for me. It is not about a certain size its about being able to walk up the stairs without being out of breathe. Health is more important than anything right now.

Think of it this way. The holidays are two days, not two months, lol! Start now and you can be 5, 10, etc. pounds smaller by January. If you lose 5 in November and 5 in December, that would be amazing. You may lose even more. You can get through those days with planning and extra activity. Good luck!
