Balance.
I can't seem to find a balance.
I give all or nothing. And when I am giving all to a new way of eating and viewing food. I feel as if I am giving nothing to other aspects in my life. ie. housework, finances...
I am seriously bummed right now.
Maximizing the bad, minimizing the good.
Balance.
