After 10 days of not being very disciplined I am ready to get back on track and finish what I started. I had unexpected guests stay for a week resulting in partying as well as 2 Thanksgiving dinners and my wifes 40th brthday celebrations. I did not lose any weight in this time but did not gain either and the main thing is I got my butt back on the treadmill this morning and tossed out the junk food. Round 2. Ding Ding.
