You can turn that gain into a loss in 3 days. Reset your body and drink a lot of water. 10 pound is not noticeable, only you can feel it. You got this! Do what you did before to lose it 🙂

Hi Eric, you can do this. I have found 2 key elements in losing weight. 1st is that you have to focus on where you want to be in the future. I got tired of people looking and staring at my stomach. I want people to notice of who I'm am, not my stomach. The 2nd thing was to be honest with yourself. I had to sit down for about a week and ask myself why I'm eating so much. For me, I was because depression, love the taste of food, and it was available in front of me all the time. I quit buying all fast food and junk food for the house. I did my research on high protein and low carb foods that I like and I got rid of the bad temptation food in the house. I plan the next day in advance so that there are no mishaps or temptation. I set myself a goal just for a week to see if I could do it.that really helped.
