Today I begin again. I have to change my lifestyle or I will not be around for my kids! My dad just passed away from a major heart attack, just like my grandma and my other grandma. Obesity runs in my family as well as heart conditions and adult diabetes and I do not want to fall in those footsteps! I went to the DR yesterday to get some help and I start today!
