We are going out for dinner tonight. I went onthe restaurant's website to scope out my best choices. Italian. I could get caught up in the BREAD and CREAM SAUCES. I have chosen the grilled chicken sandwich. It will be smothered in gorgonzola, mozzarella and artichoke. I hope to eat it open face. I recorded what I am planning on eating in my calendar. The hidden fats are the problems. So the 1000 calorie dinner is probably 1600 calories which is supposed to be my total intake for the day. I better start downing the water...I am feeling hungry already and we aren't leaving for 2 hours. I am not dreading it, I know I will be faced with dinner invites the rest of my life I can't prepare everything. And it is worth the fellowship with friends. A good trade off. I will just do my best to eat slowing and choose wisely. Before my weekly way in tomorrow.
