I really forgot how hard it is the first few days on OMAD also I didn't eat enough protein today so I am struggling a little with hunger. But sticking with it tomorrow I will add, more bacon and maybe a basil sausage to the left over chicken salad I made. I over did the pasta and the greens so I have loads left!
I will slowly cut out the carbs next week.
