Last night i came face to face with emotional eating. If it wasnt for my AMAZING support system I would have really done damage to the diet I am working so hard to steady. I see that this issue that I have with finding comfort in food rears its ugly head from time to time and its definitely something i might deal with for the rest of my life. I want to be HEALTHY.. I make the promise to myself and those that love me and want to see me healthy, to fight every urge to allow food to comfort me. I will seek the God of all comfort and family for what I desire in my food. Day 3 was hard.......
