i know im going to regret eating this.. i just couldnt help myself.. theres probably 1000 calories in this plate alone..

Eating healthy means you have to adopt short term memory. Eat it, enjoy it then forget about it and jump right back on. do not feel guilty and definitely do NOT punish yourself after 😀 btw that looks amazing so worth it 💪🏽

Yes true... if I force myself I will get demotivated.. a little indulgence here and there won't kill. And as far as I'm concerned that plate is a healthy meal.. lol quantity maybe not😂
