WOOOO HOOOOOO Finally saw my cholesterol numbers!My doc told me it was great, but didn't tell me the numbers... Well...
Total Cholesterol: 167 (under 200 is good) HDL (bad) 88 (under 100 is best) LDL (good) 61 (60 or over reduces risk of heart disease!)
Unfortunately, my liver is out of whack, but we are going to re-test this week.
Now, I'm not just bragging... I was worried that being on the low-carb/high fat diet was going to mess me up. Especially considering my thyroid problem. But I have switched to Egg Beaters and I eat a lot of fish and raw nuts. So I guess I have found a balance. Good thing cuz they are serving prime rib for lunch at our cafe! LOL
