after all of this exercising and dieting i would really love to weigh in, but when i asked my hubby for the scale today he stuck to his word to me and told me no, even when i got mad at him for only doing what i asked him to do. i promised myself only 1 weigh in once a month and that wont be until the 19th, so after my first weigh in i very reluctantly handed over my scale for him to hide. i dont want to weigh myself every day and get unreal expectations and give up like in the past. for some reason this time seems easier. maybe it has to do with my son getting married next july, i want to buy a nice dress and look good. my other reasoning is my granddaughter, i dont want to be one of those grandmas that just ":sit" and watch her, i want to be the gram that can keep up with her. my biggest thing is i am doing this for myself, but the other two reasons keep me going when i say i want to give up. i have been following great recipes and eating dinner for under 500 calories, and i was full, there are alot of recipes out there like that. so i eat a normal small breakfast, a light early lunch then i eat dinner about 3 or 4 p.m. so by 5 p.m. i am ready to exercise again. i really have the confidence that i can do it this time, and i have alot motivating me to do it. feeling very happy and proud today :)
