today is a good day. got the first set of exercises done for today, 15 mins. on the bike and 15 mins of walking. did both at a pretty good pace. each day is getting better. i think i may bump up the times to 25 mins on each twice a day, will see how it goes. so when i started this i went out and bought fresh veggies, but, to tell the truth i cant just sit and eat a plain veggie. so when i was making meatballs for dinner today the light bulb went off, and i very finely dice up carrots celery, green peppers and onion and added it to the mix. so for dinner it is kind of veggie meatballs made with lean ground chuck, brown rice and sauteed zucchini in olive oil. not too sure how the hubby is going to like that but it wont kill him to get some veggies in his diet too. my thoughts on it is if he is hungry he will eat it. hope everyone is having a great day .... exercise on all my fat secret friends :)
