I've started with Intermittent fasting 16/8 but it's more 18/6 or 20/4 now. I'm not always counting calories, but I presume I'm consuming under 1600 kcal. I'm trying to eat low carb high fat and I also do workout nearly every day. I also take vitamins (D, C, B complex, and Omega) I feel fine, I don't feel hungry, I enjoy working out. But I'd still have a drink, occasionally. But this week was full of occasions, starting from fathers day)) So,next step is cutting down occasions🤔
