today starts a new day and i wont let anyone bring me down for doing this for myself. i got up at 5a.m. had my coffee then got my morning exercising done. had a healthy breakfast then took the dogs outside. I cant let anyone make me feel bad for wanting to lose weight, im doing this for me, to make ME happy NOT anyone else, and i think its time my hubby realizes that. The only thing that bothers me is that half way thru my exercising ,my left eye puffs up really bad and then after im done exercising it goes down over a couple of hours, but not completely, it stays puffy underneath my eye. I will keep an "eye" (haha) on that to see if it continues or goes away after a while. Also get a small bumpy red rash all over my face that i never had before. One of my facebook friends gave me a little info on that and i will surely watch how things go. i hope everyone is having a great day!!
