days like today make me want to quit and im only a few days into it. as soon as i start exercising my hubby interrupts me with something or another that makes me have to stop what i am doing. im almost thinking he wants me to remain fat! irritated!! im doing this for me....thinking i will have to wait for him to leave for work before i start any of my work outs, but then its hard for me to get it in twice a day. all i ask for is a 1/2 hr in the mornings. then i do my other half hour while he is at work. and he keeps asking me how much weight i have lost!! really, i just started this and only want to weigh in once a month so i am not focusing on the numbers. i dont think asking for a half hour in the morning is much to ask for. very frustrated!

I think I understand what you feel. My husband would discourage me from running early in the morning because I was retired from the military. He would say why are you getting up? You are not in the military. I did not want to argue and I guess I used it as an excuse to relax. When I went to the doctor and found out I was one point away from being diabetic, I realized I had to do this for me. He now walks with me one mile before he goes to work and I continue on my walk/run for another hour. I feel so much better, energy wise and mentally. Good luck and don't give up.
