Another good day yesterday, followed my calorie intake and didn't feel too hungry. No eating after 7pm has been a huge help for me. I haven't been working out as much, but still dropping - for now. My son is autistic, and sometimes I have to wait until bedtime to work out - and by then its almost 8:30pm.. and I don't do it. Eventually I will figure out a schedule that works for me. I also think I am addicted to Krogers black and blue turkey burgers! They are soooooooo good. I am getting nervous about this party on Saturday - I am going to take my fave salad - Dole - Endless Summer Kit and make a big bowl and take it with - its so delish. I am hoping I just don't gain all my weight back in one weekend, which seems to happen often with me. Keep plugging away I guess no matter what. Hope everyone has a great day.
