Finally!! The scale moved down! I know everyone says dont look at the scale, but I haunt my scale, can't help it! Total wieght lost so far is 4 pounds...from 192.8 to 188.8. Every little step counts! It may not seem like alot but it starts with the first pound right?? LOL!! I am pleased. It has been since last Monday when I started induction...I am still tweeking my food diet but the goal is to finally get it right. God is good!
