I didn't weigh myself this morning!!!! true, only because I was running late, but still... And it was tempting... because last night after my workout, I checked my weight against the gym scale which is the same as the doc scale... I've lost 10 lbs since I was at the docs office a week ago. True, I was sick and I had PMS, but it's COOL!So then I went home and saw a slightly lower number on my home scale and that was in the evening, so I figured I would probably be 1-2 lbs less this morning....GGGGRRRRRRR..... I am way to obsessed with this.

thats progress! maybe you should run late every morning, that way the scale wont tempt you! ;) lol
