Day 16-
Yeay! 2.5 lbs loss this morning! Now that’s more like it  I did start working more so I’m out and about, moving all day…get more of a work out working, than at the gym. Maybe that’s helping.
I’m still feeling excellent! Better than ever. Still tons of energy, no headaches or anything else. Today I ate similar to yesterday but used ground chicken breast instead of cutting up chicken breast like yesterday. I like it better cut up than ground I think. I also made my own fizzy drink. Just some sparkling water (only a cup) and squeeze ¼ lemon in it. I guess if you like super sweet you can add stevia but I like it plain. It’s as close to a soda as I can get. I have to look online for liquid flavored stevia since my grocery store doesn’t have any. Calories total today is 488.
