Well I realised tonight That on saturday night I managed to get into a dress I bought at xmas that didn't fit this time last year! so I must be still quite slim BUT IT'S SO HARD TO KEEP IN THE ZONE! Need to loose a few pounds 7 ish (shouldn't be too hard if I do it slowly I hould keep it off and no have saggy skin ewwww! (something I already have through loosing too fast!
