The last two nights I have gotten more sleep! I have had at least 6 hours! I feel so great! I do know my body needs the rest, but it is hard to get everything done. I also read a great tip on FS. Here it is in case anyone missed it. Freeze a yogurt and eat it slightly frozen! I guess I could have tried it along time ago, but never did! Try it! It makes you feel like it is a treat!
