Challenge going well! I suppose all the little things, like parking far away, and doing an extra 15 minutes of workout here and there are going to add up...so thats a good thing!
Had an amazing omelette this morning, pretty basic so not sure why I enjoyed it so much....maybe because I havent had one in a long time. My new favorite snack is OS Trim snacks, they taste like pepperoni but are made out of lean beef and ostrich, and have 14 grams of protien! And only 80 calories! And they keep me full in between meals!!! If you are meat eater, try them! They were $2 each at the gym, but found them at Fred Meyers for $1.26, I thought that was pretty reasonable!!
