I've finally reached a mini goal of losing 15kg (15.5kg to be exact) It took me about 4 months to get here, and I'm super proud of myself. I started out making small changes, and gradually increased my activity and being stricter with my calories as a researched nutrition more. No pills or fad diets like before, just staying to incorporate better choices into my lifestyle. Little under halfway to my goal, and I cant imagine what reaching my goal would feel like, as I'm already over the moon with my results. Thank you to this wonderful community for support and motivation. ❤
