Weekend is upon us and tomorrow I finish first week of a 12 week challenge, feeling more positive and more focused. Weight aside, I have stuck to 2 promises I made for challenge: Calories 1200=1300 per day. & cardio 4 x a week. The scale is not going up anymore, and going down sloooooowly. I'm hoping that this long term
challenge where I decide what my own challenges are, will keep me going in the right direction. Happy weekend all!

Hi granny to granny, They never got to do the email. it was packed, think it gets emailed to a satlite, will find out next time. Congrats on sticking to yr challanges, Have you picked any other 1 to do next. I seemed to have joined up to a lot but they all can be achived together,

I really have no idea how I am doing with the challenge technically. I don't really know how it works and seem to go to sites where I alone go - But I'm sticking with it. Don't really intend to change this week's challenge-MUST concentrate on calories again so that I see the scale move. I am doing sb but phase 2-I can't get rid of complex carbs anymore, so I hope I see some results on the scale again some day. My challege lasts 12 weeks and it's the only one I'll do, what with having trouble finding how to "work" with them on the computer; also this one has me choosing new challenges every week, if I want, and as few or as many as I want to participate in so I don't feel pressure.

Hi its another beautiful day here in Cork, 4 days in a row that we had sunshine, not being funny but the summer here was shocking, I just love hot weather, How was tr summer? I also could not sleep for a while last night, so I read some of The Step Diet, by Hill-Peters-Jotberg. Its a good pratical book, just puts all you know bout walking. Im going to add a Quote later from it. It also says it says There are The Six Stages of Weight Control. May be you should maybe look it up in local library, and read it. This is what I do, before I used to buy book after book, now I get the library to get itand if I like it I then buy it.
