Whoops, 2 previous days without my 4 miles is tattling! I AM going to do my 4 miles today, even if I have to do it at under 2mph and with Advil. I just didn't want to make it any worse, but today I think it may be better. Going to try just after coaching (even though I'm dead tired then) and see if maybe I can break it down into 15 minute miles.

It's now blantantly evident that my "green" is between 152.2 and 152.6 LOL, cause today I'm yellow again! Great incentive for me to really, really work on that walk! I'm not going to stress though because I'm
Leaving town tomorrow for 5 days. Hard to spend that much time in the car without wanting to "snack"... but heck, I've done it before I'll do it again.

*Note* blood pressure taken at track just before walk on Sat 29th
126/80. I'm sure I forgot to record it.

I think that whenever I get down to whatever weight it is that I am going to maintain I will reset my goal weight to a five pound limit and continue to weight and record daily. I think if i give myself a 5 pound spread and watch it will be easy to watch... if it goes yellow I'd know to do induction until I got it back in control. Sounds reasonable.
