I am loving this Shred diet. I am rarely hungry and my calorie count has stayed below 1400! I am exercising again for the first time in months and it hurts so good. Yesterday was supposed to be a rest day according to the shred diet, but I decided to go for a walk with the dogs and ended up walk/running 3.4 miles! I am getting more and more confident about following this diet and I am excited to weigh in on Monday!
