Yesterday went completely off Keto. Husband and I have been worried about our 88/92 yo mothers, arguing about who should go out and who was at bigger risk. Lots of worry and stress. Pizza Hut with 2 rum and Diet Coke drinks was our response. We blew off some steam (wink) and are doing much better this morning. We're going for a walk and back on Keto today. Sometimes I just have to give in to my husband, say "screw it", then get back on track. Not an optimal way to do things, but a way to survive 2 months of quarantine in a marriage where I am diabetic and follow Keto and my husband goes along with the way I cook without complaints.
