On my Atkins page, I have set it to 70nc. I can only do net carbs on Atkins, and not total carbs. But, that is fine with me! I am trying to eat enough! And, I have to incorporate exercise, so those are the new things with me! I will edit, when I can. Also, journal when I can! I see that it is so important to do! No matter what! But, we do not need to become addicted to where we neglect to live!! Nor be afraid to live!!!! As far as the bread goes, I had made some with my own concoction of different flours mixed together, which makes it much more higher in fiber!!! And, still need to work on those desserts!! It is all a big start!!!
