We were supposed to be camping this weekend but, as luck would have it, Hurricane Hannah has hit our area just in time to ruin our plans! so, the kids had fun playing in our own fire pit and roastin marshmallows... most of which ended up in the fire or ON fire! lol. It's raining like cats and dogs right now, but it's still very warm, and no thunder. so, the kids put on their bathing suits and played for half hour in the rain! they had so much fun putting buckets under the drain spouts and then dumping them on eachother! then, after they were soaked, they decided to put on rain ponchos! so there they all were, in bright blue ponchos from the maid of the mist boat ride from last month, running up and down the street squealing and laughing! the neighbors must have thought they were crazy, and what a terrible mother for letting them run around in a hurricane! but you know what???!!! they are only young once!
