First full week of my new regime of 2000 cals per day plus vitamins, and I'm 3lbs up. I'm not panicking too much, because I had an upset stomach on Saturday and had to take some anti-diarrhoea pills, which always means I'm blocked up for 4-5 days afterwards.
I'll give it another week at 2000 cals, but if I'm not below 17 stone by next Monday, I'm dropping back to my previous intake, because it's a real struggle some days getting enough calories in.
