Basically took the summer off after "going off" of my diet for my birthday in June, just kept using excuses for everything that came up after that to not follow my program. So I gained and I am so mad, but I'm back on it and ready to go.

Hey, I know how that feels. I have been making excuses for about a year and gained most the weight back that I had lost. I am with you now, back on it. GOOD LUCK to us both.
