4 miles in 1:02:26 Not techicallly sure which day to record these last three sessions. Thurs, Frid and today all crossed the midnight line as I had to wait until we stopped to find a treadmill and walk... Just to keep myself straight I'm logging them in the day they were started. Sheesh. At least I got in 4 miles even on days I was driving 10 hours. Not bad for an yugly, old, fat woman :)
