OMG! Is everyone's life as busy as mine? Some days I feel like everything is on FAST FORWARD! I have been mindful in the eating and exercise aspect of my life, but logging it all down is getting tough. Today I woke up extra tired and walked around my lovely property with a cup of coffee and saw everything that needs attention....weeds, grass cutting etc...we also care for my 92 year old mother-in-law (she lives with us) and we have 3 incredible grandchildren. My hubby and I both work full time jobs... I am so thankful for all the good and positive things in my life. I am thankful i have been able to maintain the 35 pound weight loss that I have achieved in the last 2+ years and I am thankful for everything i have. I just feel overwhelmed today.
