(my weight/measurements update....red gain, green loss)

238lbs, today: 230
waist 46, today: 41.5
hips 52, today: 50
R thy 26 3/4, today: 28.5
calf 19, today: 18
L thy 26 3/4, today: 28
calf 19, today: 18
l arm bicep 14, today: 14
r arm 14 today: 14
BMI 42. today: ?

So Im yoyo-ing weight wise lately and decided to check my measurements to see if ive made any progress there. Some areas yes :) but i dont get why i lost inches in my calfs and gained in my thys?? ugh lol

Are you exercising? Sometimes certain exercises will effect certain areas differently as far as your measurements go.
