Alrighty! my challenge is over and while I didn't lose 25 pounds in 6 weeks ...I still managed a pretty solid drop of 17.4 lbs which I am super proud of. it was incredibly tough but I am happy I stuck it through. Broke under that 160 ...lol just barely ...but I did it!
I am headed to Mexico in a month so I have new goals to work towards. Now I'm starting a plan that involves more weight lifting .
I have started incorporating sprints ...6 weeks ago I could barely run. amazing how far you can come in 6 weeks if you set your mind to it and PUSH
