Well changing my weigh in day to Monday didnt work out so well. I worked out really hard Sunday, then went to the beach and got sunburned, so i was retaining all kinds of water. My weight is actually up almost 4 lbs!

My legs are still SO sore from my workout Sunday, they were so sore last night that i barely got any sleep. Deadlifts and lunges are NOT my friend! I need to investigate a way to keep the soreness to a minimum, because this is ridiculous.

And its back to the gym tonight for upper body strength training and cardio, if my legs can handle it.
