Okay...lol.. already this isn't working. I did okay Had to push a stroller for 4 miles with my almost 3 year old 35 pound kiddo. I guess

What's not working? I lost a bunch of weight pushing my two kids in a stroller when they were little. Your doing amazing! Look at your chart. Just keep going!!!

Also, keep in mind new exercise can cause water retention in the muscles to help them heal. This can show on the scale as no loss, temporary gain or smaller than usual loss. It's temporary till the muscles get used to the new exercise. You may not see the results of your exercise on the scale for a couple of weeks. But it will eventually catch up. I've had weeks of nothing than bam! A five pound drop!

4 miles in 1 hour 9 minutes (new route, stroller, walk partner) Today's Walk. New route included walk partner and stroller..ROFL. Even though we checked the mileage on the new route Sunday, I'm THINKING it must be longer. Either that, or that stroller is gonna get recorded as "resistance training". lol That, along with the heat was treacherous today, although the new route does replace 1/2 mile with shade, so I'm thankful. Thanks Suzi, it's just that I had gotten down to under an hour for the 4 miles and now it's almost 10 minutes over When I started the walking I didn't have to take anything but me. The stroller affects my sciatica, but she's too little to walk, soooooooooooo it just takes me longer, but I'm pretty sure I'm still getting the same OR more exercise. I KNOW it's harder!! So, that's the attitude I'm going to take. For every day I'm pushing that stroller I'm going to look at it like more exercise and not look at the time (much :) ). PLUS, I'm gonna recalculate that new route!! Hey, that is great information about the water retention in the muscles! Good to know so that I don't panic over the scale for the next week or so. i try to pay attention to the day to day so that when I look back over a whole week, or better yet, a month??? It looks good!
