So I had broke the habit of eating in the middle of the night. I stopped doing this for over 3 months. Why the recent desire to start at it again??????? Am I eating Dinner too early? Is it knowing that those snacks are there? This is such a struggle. Some days I just want to give up. I have to find my willpower again... COMEE BACCCK WIIIIILLLLL!!!!!!
