So Jason cooked last night, which meant we ate a lot of non-healthy things. All of the foods were according to core plan, but I didn't realize until I entered them into my journal just now how HORRIBLE plantains are for you!! I am following the core diet exactly - only eating foods off of the core foods list and i'm limiting myself to 35 points per week outside of that. So far this week I've had 20 points extra... which leaves me 15 for the upcoming weekend. (All of those x-points went to alcohol.) I'm going to make sure to work out Saturday and Sunday this weekend, if only for 30 minutes to an hour. It will be good for me to burn the extra calories before I weigh-in on Tuesday.
