Soo this morning kind of sucked. My clothes were too tight... and my boyfriend got the b*tchiness associated with that. I apologized later, but that's the worst freaking feeling in the world when you put on clothes you know should fit and they don't - not even my skinny clothes.

I know that's why I'm doing this. I always felt like I shouldlose weight for vanity purposes. But now I realize (for the first time) that I'm really a little too heavy... that's scary to me.

I'm only 5'4" and weight 138 pounds... I need to take off at least 10 to feel like myself again. Boo, this hurts.

Just keep at it! You are not far from your goal. If you exercise and follow your diet and write down everything you eat, it will all be worth it. Just keep going. You can do it. We're all struggling right along with you. Good luck!
