Okay now this may sound gross, or maybe everyone will know what I'm talking about, but I just accomplished something very big for me.
You know the fatty greasy stuff left behind on the pan after you bake meat? Well I was measuring out some carrots after dinner, and there the pan was staring at me "EAT ME" I told my self a couple times to leave it...and when I was done measuring the carrots, I threw the foil with all the fat and grease away! Gone, with not one taste! I did it!
We went out and played tennis again today. And I've been doing push-ups and sit-ups with the boys each night. It has been great. This is a lifesyle change I can live with! I'm still trying to figure out the Calorie amount I should have, I'll get this thing figured out, I do have the rest of my life to get it right :)
