Been slacking in recording my calories and the scale shows it...ugh...but thats ok, fall is in the air and I am on track! No more camping or weddings for awhile so I will have no distractions.... and oh, how easy I can become distracted! LOL... Had an awesome workout last night, 70 minutes of pure sweating, but feel so good today because of it (minus the soreness is muscles I didn't know existed!!)
