Re-Started South Beach-got the new book, South Beach Super Charged. Today has beren my first day, and so far I've stuck to it-but it's only 12:09 I have a problem of not focusing and cave in to my whims of eating junk food.

I've been there. Phase one is a killer. I remember on night bingeing on a bag of popcorn and then crying to janelleas for an hour about it. Do you live alone? Or are able to clear out all junk food. Kind of out of sight, out of mind. Try some almonds and water. I would have a can of Caffeine free Diet Coke when my cravings were out of control. You can do this!!!
